New to shopping through an agent? Follow our illustrated Guide from product discovery to the warehouse. If you already have an order, use its latest status to decide what to check next.
- Choosing a product: open its current listing and confirm the seller, size, colour and quantity.
- Planning the budget: review the cost breakdown before paying.
- Item at the warehouse: use the QC checklist before submitting a parcel.
- Ready to ship: compare eligible routes in the UK shipping guide.
Using the spreadsheet and product links
The search box takes you to W2Cspreadsheet.com results, and category cards open the matching collection. A product card is a discovery link: the seller's live listing and the agent's checkout are where you confirm what can be bought.
If a link has expired, search by the product name or category and compare alternatives. Check the exact variant again even when the card looks familiar. A similar photograph does not establish that two sellers offer the same item.
Get order help from the right place
For payment, purchase, warehouse or parcel issues, sign in to the buying agent account used for the order and open its official support channel. This website cannot access your agent account or change a paid order.
Include the order or parcel reference, the affected item, the latest status and a short description of what you need. Attach the relevant screenshot with unrelated personal information hidden. Never send your password or a verification code.
A quick checklist when something looks wrong
- Payment completed, purchase pending: check whether the agent is waiting for seller confirmation, a price adjustment or your reply.
- Wrong size or colour in QC: compare the order variant with the label and ask for clarification before shipping.
- No new tracking event: check the route's current status and the last scan before opening an enquiry.
- Damaged parcel: keep packaging and photograph the label, outer damage and affected item; contact the responsible service promptly.
Keep the conversation and its outcome in the account associated with the transaction.
Save a small record of each purchase
Keep the product link, chosen variant, size chart, order confirmation, QC images and parcel reference together. This makes it easier to spot a mismatch and explain a problem clearly.
For a first purchase, choose a manageable order and review each stage. Add more items only when you understand the total cost, product checks and delivery options.
